Job Title: Logistics Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for our Ayurvedic Medicine Call Center in Nangloi.

Candidate will be responsible for order verification, delivery coordination and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling. The candidate should be comfortable working on calls, coordinating with customers and delivery teams, and maintaining proper order updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer se call karke orders verify karna
- Order details aur customer address confirm karna
- Delivery team / courier partners ke saath coordination karna
- Pending, failed aur delayed deliveries ka follow-up karna

Requirements:

- Order Verification / Delivery Coordination / NDR / Telecalling ka experience preferred
- Positive communication skills
- Hindi bolna achhe se aana chahiye
- Basic computer knowledge / Excel knowledge

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month

Experience: Relevant experience preferred
