We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellors to guide students, professionals, and homemakers in choosing the right skill development courses. You’ll play a key role in helping learners become job‑ready for the AI‑driven future through personalized counselling and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses and career pathways.
- Conduct one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions (offline).
- Maintain follow‑ups with leads from walk‑ins, calls, WhatsApp, and job portals.
- Assist in admissions, documentation, and onboarding of learners.
- Collaborate with trainers and placement officers to align student goals with course offerings.
- Prepare counselling reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to understand learner needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
