About the RoleBellway Realtech is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real-estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with prospective customers, conducting site visits, explaining projects, and converting qualified leads into successful bookings.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels.
2. Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
3. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location, amenities, and investment benefits.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
5. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
6. Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
7. Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
8. Negotiate and assist customers during the booking and closing process.
9. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
10. Coordinate with the CRM, Telecalling, Marketing, and Site Teams for smooth lead conversion.
11. Maintain daily call, follow-up, site-visit, and sales reports.
12. Stay updated about company projects, competitors, market trends, and pricing.





- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales; real-estate experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
