Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) (Incentives also)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counsellor who can confidently guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process, while also offering informed career counselling for competitive exam aspirants. The ideal candidate combines strong subject awareness of NEET/JEE with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, batch structures, and admission procedures
- Provide accurate, exam-specific guidance on NEET and JEE — eligibility, exam pattern, cutoffs, and preparation timelines
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to help students choose the right stream, course, and batch
- Follow up on inquiries and leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings; convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



admissions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
- Represent the academy at school visits, seminars, and outreach events as required
- RequirementsGood working knowledge of the NEET and JEE examination systems (pattern, eligibility, key dates, cutoffs)
- Science background strongly preferred (B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc. or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Prior experience in admission counselling, career counselling, or education sales preferred
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with students and parents
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM/lead tracking tools)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-ups and outreach
