VehicleFix is looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, promoting car repair and maintenance services, and scheduling service appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain VehicleFix services and maintenance packages.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Book, reschedule, and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Follow up with customers post-service to collect feedback and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales status in the CRM system.
