We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support factory operations, report preparation, dispatch coordination, and production management.

Role OverviewThe Operations Executive will support day-to-day factory and operational activities including production coordination, packaging, inventory management, report creation, dispatch handling, and on-ground project support.

The role requires someone who is organized, willing to work on the factory floor, comfortable with operational documentation, and ready to travel for project execution when required.

Candidates with basic knowledge of CorelDRAW (CDR) and production reporting will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFactory & Production OperationsSupport day-to-day factory floor operations and production activities
- Coordinate packaging and dispatch of materials
- Assist in inventory management and stock tracking
- Coordinate logistics and shipment preparation
- Support quality checks and material handling




- Reporting & DocumentationCreate and maintain production and dispatch reports
- Maintain records using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist in preparing installation and project reports
- Update inventory and operational data regularly
- Maintain organized documentation of operations and dispatches

Design & File Handling

- Basic handling and verification of CorelDRAW (CDR) files preferred
- Coordinate production-ready design files with operations team
- Support signage and accessibility production workflow

- Site Coordination & TravelWillingness to travel locally and across India for project supervision and execution support
- Coordinate with on-ground teams and labour when required
- Assist in installation and operational execution activities
- Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in operations, factory work, production, or logistics preferred
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW (CDR) will be an added advantage
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in factory and production environments
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Valid 2-wheeler license preferred
- Willingness to travel for projects and installations
