Employment: Full-time
Experience: 1–5 years preferred
- ?? Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Kannada as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare daily lesson plans and follow the academic schedule.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills.
- Conduct engaging classroom activities and discussions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement.
- Regularly check and correct notebooks, classwork and homework.
- Conduct assessments and provide remedial support where required.
- Monitor individual student progress.
- Maintain lesson plans, academic records and other required documentation.
- Participate in school activities, events and assemblies.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support the overall development of students.
- ? RequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Kannada or relevant qualification.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Robust command of Kannada language and grammar.
- Good classroom-management and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual and well-prepared.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
