Job SummaryThe Pantry & Hospitality Staff will be responsible for managing day-to-day pantry and refreshment services for hospital staff, doctors, guests, and visitors. The role includes preparation and serving of tea, coffee, snacks, drinking water, and other refreshments, along with maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and adequate pantry supplies.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve tea and coffee for doctors, staff, guests, and visitors as required.
- Arrange and serve snacks, biscuits, refreshments, and drinking water.
- Ensure timely service of tea, coffee, water, and refreshments during meetings, visits, and other hospital activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen/serving area, utensils, cups, glasses, and equipment.
- Keep adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, snacks, drinking water, and other pantry items.
- Inform the supervisor/administration when pantry supplies are running low and assist with maintaining inventory.
- Clean and properly store cups, glasses, plates, utensils, and other pantry items after use.




- Maintain proper hygiene and food-safety practices while preparing and serving refreshments.
- Assist in arranging refreshments for meetings, events, guests, and hospital functions.
- Ensure drinking water is available at designated locations as required.
- Provide courteous and qualified service to doctors, staff, guests, patients' attendants, and visitors.
- Assist with other reasonable hospitality and general support duties assigned by the hospital administration.
- Specific RequirementsMinimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass.
- Previous experience in pantry service, hospitality, office, hospital, hotel, or similar work will be preferred.
- Good personal hygiene and a clean, presentable appearance.
- Polite, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of Hindi; basic English communication will be an advantage.
