Job Title: Banquet Sales Executive (Beachfront Property)

Location: Gorai, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury/outdoor venue or banquet sales

Education: Graduate in any stream (Hospitality management preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, driven Banquet Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium beach-touch lawn. In this role, you will showcase our unique open-air oceanfront venue to prospective clients, securing high-value bookings for destination weddings, cocktail receptions, sunset sangeets, and corporate retreats.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales & Revenue Generation: Pitch our beachfront lawn to prospective clients, event planners, and corporate accounts, meeting monthly sales targets.

* On-Site Experience Management: Host prospective clients for venue walkthroughs, highlighting the layout possibilities, lighting setups, and unique charm of an outdoor seaside event.

* Custom Proposals: Create tailored packages incorporating layout logistics, staging solutions, sound guidelines,



and curated food & beverage options tailored for outdoor settings.

* Event Coordination: Work closely with external vendors (decor, production, sound) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from setup through teardown.

* Market Outreach: Build robust networks with wedding planners, decor designers, and corporate event managers across Mumbai.

Requirements

* Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

* Experience: Minimum 2 years in banquet, resort, or outdoor venue sales.

* Transport: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily commuting.

* Location: Comfortable traveling daily to Gorai(MUST STAY NEAR GORAI (PREFFERED).

* Skills: Strong visual presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills; familiarity with outdoor event logistics is a strong plus.
