We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to join our Travel & Tourism team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.

* Understand clients’ travel plans and recommend suitable visa options.

* Explain visa processes, fees, timelines, and documentation requirements.

* Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa applications and documents.

* Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.

* Handle customer queries and provide regular updates.

* Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the visa processing team for smooth application handling.

Requirements:

* Valuable communication and counselling skills.

* Good knowledge of Hindi & English.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Strong customer handling and convincing skills.

* Experience in visa counselling/travel industry will be preferred.

* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
