Qualification: - Minimum 12th pass

• Female candidate.

• Basic English Communication to read, write & speak & Local Language.

• Degree Pursuing candidate not allowed even they have relevant experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales Experience required from Retail / FMCG / SIH - Pharma

• Basic Mathematical calculation required.

• Store hygiene & Inventory Management, including planogram

• Daily Cash Handling in the stores.

• The age should be less than 29 years.

• Candidate should be proactive and able to communicate with customers & Doctors to do the sales activity.

• Confident to speak up with the customers.

• Follow the company Dress code.

* Should be living within 5-6 km proximity from respective hospital

* Sales, Target based job, quarterly incentive

* Notice period to be served -15 days

* Should not bring their kids to store

* Basic process to be followed: attendance, billing, customer data base, activities and campaigns to increase customers footfall
