We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and strengthen our brand's visual communication.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience who can create engaging, high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts and marketing requirements into visually appealing designs.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative graphics for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Create posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other marketing creatives.
- Develop visual content in line with the company's brand guidelines and identity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Content teams to understand design requirements.
- Design creatives for product launches, campaigns, events, festivals, offers, and corporate communications.
- Create graphics for websites, mobile applications, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Develop creative concepts and provide design solutions based on campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand presentation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing practices.




- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
- Maintain and organize design files and creative assets for future use.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media creative formats and digital advertising designs.
- Ability to create both static and basic motion graphics.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Candidates from other backgrounds with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing, fintech, financial services, advertising, media, or technology environment.
