Shri Laadli Ventures LLP, under its brand Excellence Nuts & Crisp, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and expand our market presence.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks across assigned markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new territories/markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure consistent market growth.
- Lead, manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify current sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes, and market activities.
- Ensure proper execution of company sales schemes and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer payments, outstanding amounts, and collection targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and team performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Contribute to brand expansion and increase the market presence of Excellence Nuts & Crisp.




- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Dry Fruits, Nuts, Food Products, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience in handling dealers, distributors, retailers, and sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of market development and sales processes.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for business and market development.
