Key Responsibilities:

● Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems and machinery.

● Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, panels, motors, and control systems.

● Handle electrical wiring, cabling, switches, MCBs, contactors, relays, and control panels.

● Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

● Inspect motors, pumps, transformers, panels, and other electrical equipment.

● Identify electrical faults and take corrective action to minimize machine downtime.

● Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.

● Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance and breakdown activities.

● Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams during machine breakdowns.

● Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and as per company standards.

● Follow proper LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and electrical safety procedures.





● Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical equipment.

● Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.

Requirements:

● ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrician Trade.

● 2–5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing plant.

● Valuable knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, control panels, starters, VFDs, sensors, and electrical troubleshooting.

● Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams.

● Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.

● Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant with hands-on experience in machine maintenance will be an added advantage.
