1. Front Desk Management Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees professionally. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Answer incoming calls, screen them, and route appropriately.
2. Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms. Handle mail distribution, couriers, and packages. Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies and inventory.
3. Visitor Management Register visitors and issue security badges or visitor passes. Notify concerned staff of guest arrivals.
Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
4. Communication & Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for the company. Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks and events.
5. HR & Facilities Support Support onboarding processes (e.g., ID cards, workstation setup). Help plan and organize internal events, meetings, or functions. Report any facility issues to building management or the maintenance team.
6. Technical Skills Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
