Job Overview

Kalyan Jewellers India Limited is looking for an Internal Audit Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in internal

audit, process review, control testing, transaction analysis, data audit, compliance verification, and audit

documentation. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Accounting and Finance, along with exposure

to Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, ERP controls, and data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct internal, process, transaction, and data audits.

 Review financial, operational, inventory, procurement, and sales transactions.

 Test controls, approvals, SOP compliance, and maker-checker processes.

 Verify documents, system records, reconciliations, and transaction accuracy.

 Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incorrect data and transactions.

 Reconcile data across ERP, POS, banking, inventory, and payment systems.

 Review user access, approval workflows, audit trails, and application controls.

 Document audit observations with supporting evidence and track closure.

 Prepare audit working papers,



exception reports, and audit summaries.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and internal controls.

 Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, journals, purchases, sales, inventory, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.

 Understanding of internal audit, data audit, compliance, and control testing.

 Ability to analyse transactional data and identify exceptions.

 Understanding of ERP/application controls, access controls, and audit trails.

 Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

 Experience in internal audit, process audit, operational audit, or data audit.

 Exposure to ITGC and application controls.

 Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or advanced Excel.

 Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems.

 Knowledge of GST, APIs, system integrations, and interface reconciliation.

 Experience in jewellery, retail, manufacturing, or multi-location businesses.
