At Silent Infotech, We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Sales & Support team for Remi8.ai, an AI-powered device. The role involves handling customer queries, generating sales, following up with leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Remi8 products and features.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries/issues.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, sales,



and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with calling and sales activities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
- Fluent English communication is preferred.
- For experienced candidates, prior experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or field sales will be an advantage.
