Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, generating receipts, and supporting daily accounting activities using Tally.

- Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process customer payments through cash, cheque, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgments.
- Maintain daily cash collections and prepare cash reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of receipts in Tally.
- Reconcile daily cash, bank, and card transactions.
- Deposit cash collections into the bank as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Service departments regarding customer payments.




- Maintain records of advances, refunds, and outstanding payments.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in the Automobile Industry.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
- Any Graduate with relevant experience may also apply.
