We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the EdTech and campus management space. In this role, you will travel to schools, colleges, and university campuses to prospect recent clients, deliver product presentations, and drive institutional acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Travel & Pitching: Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet educational decision-makers, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, and pitch tailored campus management solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business pipelines through proactive field research, cold calling, and email prospecting.
- Deal Closure: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales targets efficiently to grow our market footprint.
- Reporting:
Document daily client interactions and travel logs using CRM platforms, delivering clear progress updates to the leadership team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Corporate Sales, or Business Development (IT/EdTech sector exposure is a major plus).
- Travel Mandate: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively across the region.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or an MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and face-to-face negotiation skills.
