Travel Reservation & Operations Executive – Work From Home

About the RoleKrishTrip is a travel company looking for an experienced and responsible Travel Reservation & Operations Executive to support our hotel reservation and package operations.

This is a performance-linked, incentive-based opportunity with no fixed salary. The role involves regular travel-related operational work, and earnings are directly linked to the quantity and quality of eligible work completed.

A good performer can realistically earn ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month through incentives.

- Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify suitable hotels based on package requirements.
- Communicate professionally with hotels for availability, rates and booking-related requirements.
- Handle hotel booking and reservation coordination as per company procedures.
- Collect hotel rates and accurately enter the required information into KrishTrip's in-house software.
- Conduct internet research and find relevant information quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and follow up with hotels and internal teams whenever required.

Candidates from Any Industry Can Apply: Travel industry experience is not mandatory. If you have strong communication, coordination, internet research and process-handling skills, you can apply. KrishTrip will provide complete training on travel products, systems and internal processes.

- What We Are Looking For




- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; candidates with stronger experience in travel reservations, hotel booking or travel operations will be preferred.
- Fluent communication in both Hindi and English.
- Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
- Good internet browsing and research ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to search, investigate and find information independently.
- Comfortable working with computer systems, spreadsheets and online tools.
- Responsible, consistent and deadline-oriented approach.
- Candidates who can work independently in a Work From Home setting.
- Compensation & Incentive Structure No fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings are based on a defined performance-linked incentive/rate-card system.
- Incentive is linked to the amount and quality of eligible work completed.
- A good and consistent performer can realistically earn approximately ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
- Higher earnings may be possible depending on work volume, performance and applicable incentive structure.
- Regular work will be provided based on business requirements and available workload.

Important: This is not a tele calling, sales or cold-calling position.

The role is focused on travel reservations, hotel coordination, hotel research, costing and operational execution.
