Job Description – Chemical EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer for our FMCG Snacks Manufacturing Unit at Pipariya.

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: Negotiable, as per experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control production and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure consistent quality of snacks and finished products.
- Monitor raw materials, ingredients, edible oil, and process parameters.
- Handle quality checks and support process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Reduce process wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain SOPs, production records, quality reports, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D; teams.
- Ensure proper safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in the manufacturing unit.

Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in FMCG/Food/Snacks Manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, food safety, and process improvement.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
