Production Planning & Execution: Schedule production runs, allocate resources, and ensure daily manufacturing targets are met without compromising quality.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Direct and supervise production staff, floor supervisors, and technicians; conduct performance evaluations and manage shift schedules.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Partner with quality control teams to enforce strict adherence to product specifications, safety regulations, and compliance standards

Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Work with maintenance engineering teams to ensure regular preventive maintenance of machinery and enforce strict workplace safety guidelines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical fields.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.

Exceptional leadership, delegation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Strong problem-solving skills under rapid-paced operational constraints.

Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
