- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and respond to queries.
- Provide information about products/services, pricing, offers, and processes.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned team when required.
- Record customer details and call information accurately in CRM/software.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Meet assigned customer service, conversion, or sales targets.




- Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
