- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in raw material, in-process, and finished product inspection.
- Conduct basic quality checks and testing as per defined procedures.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and other documentation.
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, and process deviations to the concerned senior.
- Support the Quality team in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and identification of rejected/non-conforming materials.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and process controls on the shop floor.
- Support internal audits and implementation of quality procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S and safety practices.




- Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry preferred.
- Candidates with Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Metallurgical or related technical disciplines may also be considered.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
