We are looking for aSocial media marketing for Marketing & Growth of our group of businesses in real estate and hospitality Executive who can take complete ownership of our hospitality brands and help increase bookings, occupancy and brand visibility.

This is not just a social media role. We are looking for someone who thinks creatively, understands marketing and enjoys growing a business.

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Shoot photos and videos at our properties
- Create engaging Reels and short-form videos
- Design creatives using Canva or Adobe tools,Videos(CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Write captions, blogs and marketing content
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements
- Improve Google Business Profile and online presence
- Manage OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Coordinate with photographers, influencers and creators
- Generate corporate, event and leisure booking enquiries
- Build partnerships with travel agents, wedding planners and event companies
- Analyse competitors and suggest marketing strategies
- Prepare monthly reports on enquiries, bookings and campaign performance





Skills Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Hospitality Marketing or Brand Marketing
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong photography and videography sense
- Experience with Canva and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Business Profile
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to travel occasionally to our hospitality properties
- Hospitality or hotel marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory
