? About the Job

Jagdish Pump is looking for an experienced MEP Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development Executive to expand our Hydro Pneumatic Pressure System business across Gujarat.

? Key Responsibilities

• Generate new project enquiries for HYPN systems

• Meet MEP Consultants, Plumbing Consultants, Architects, Builders & Contractors

• Visit construction sites and project offices

• Explain HYPN system applications, benefits and technical features

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Follow up on enquiries and quotations

• Convert project leads into orders

• Develop dealers and channel partners

• Maintain regular customer follow-up

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Submit daily/weekly sales & lead reports

✅ Required Skills





• 3–7 years experience in Pump / MEP / Plumbing / HVAC / Water System / Building Material sales

• Experience in project sales preferred

• Valuable communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently generate leads

• Consultant & contractor handling experience

• Willingness to travel throughout Gujarat

• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred

? Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on experience, technical knowledge, existing market network and performance.

Candidates with an existing network of MEP Consultants, Plumbing Consultants, Builders, Contractors and Project Managers will be given preference.
