Job SummaryThe Steel Unit Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities in a steel manufacturing unit, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily steel production activities and workforce.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Monitor production output, quality, and machine performance.
- Ensure production meets planned targets and schedules.
- Inspect raw materials, finished products, and production processes for quality compliance.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
