About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to lead and manage our inside sales team. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving lead conversion, coaching team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring a consistent and effective sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, conversions, and revenue.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
- Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support team members with challenging customer conversations and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, scripts, CRM practices, and quality standards.




- Track key sales KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Work with management on sales forecasting, target planning, and process improvements.
- Build a high-performance, motivated, and accountable sales culture.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience managing or supervising an inside sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion techniques.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
