Role:

- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & email
- Assist with orders, delivery, exchange & product queries
- Coordinate with courier and internal teams
- Resolve customer issues politely and promptly

Requirements: Positive Hindi & English communication, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.
