About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and lead the accounts team effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, along with proven team-handling and leadership skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, tax computations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor tax payments, reconciliations, and statutory filing deadlines.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
- Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Lead, supervise,



and support the accounts team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Allocate responsibilities among team members and monitor their performance.
- Train and guide junior accounting staff whenever required.
- Develop and maintain effective accounting processes and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling and supervising an accounts team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is technically strong in taxation and accounting, capable of independently managing the finance function, and confident in leading a team.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
