CY AND T TECH PRODUCTS is a growing multi-brand company currently managing COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL and RYKRA, with plans to introduce and manage more brands in the future.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant and Zoho Books Expert with comprehensive knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory return filing and e-commerce marketplace reconciliation. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the company’s complete accounts, financial controls and compliance requirements through Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently maintain complete books of accounts in Zoho Books

• Configure and manage the chart of accounts, customers, vendors, taxes, items and opening balances

• Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, credit notes, debit notes and journal entries

• Create and manage invoices, bills, recurring transactions, payment reminders and approval workflows

• Configure bank feeds, categorize transactions and complete regular bank reconciliation

• Manage GST accounting and prepare accurate data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns

• Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing and TDS certificates

• Support income-tax return filing, advance-tax calculations and other statutory compliance

• Generate and verify GST invoices, e-invoices, debit notes and credit notes

• Prepare e-way bills and maintain all supporting documentation

• Reconcile cash, bank accounts, payment gateways and financial ledgers

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor reconciliation

• Monitor customer outstanding balances, ageing reports and vendor payment schedules

• Reconcile orders, sales, returns, commissions, TCS, TDS,



fees and settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and other marketplaces

• Reconcile Shopify and other D2C website transactions with payment-gateway and bank settlements

• Account for marketplace returns, RTO orders, claims, reimbursements, penalties and deductions

• Maintain SKU-wise, brand-wise and platform-wise sales and settlement reports

• Manage inventory accounting and reconcile stock values with operational records

• Manage payroll calculations, salary records and applicable statutory deductions

• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports and management MIS

• Maintain fixed-asset registers, depreciation records and expense documentation

• Create customized reports, dashboards and scheduled reports in Zoho Books

• Set up user roles, approval controls and proper documentation within Zoho Books

• Identify and correct accounting, tax and reconciliation discrepancies

• Support data migration, opening-balance verification and ledger cleanup when required

• Coordinate with the company’s CA, auditors, banks, vendors and government departments

• Complete monthly and annual closing, audit preparation and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate accounts for COZI CLOUD, BUTTERFEEL, RYKRA and future brands

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or another relevant accounting qualification





• 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting, taxation and statutory compliance

• Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory

• Ability to independently configure and manage accounting operations in Zoho Books

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and statutory return filing

• Practical experience with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and TDS returns

• Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-way bills, bank feeds and bank reconciliation

• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial closing

• Practical knowledge of e-commerce accounting and marketplace settlement reconciliation

• Experience reconciling Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify and payment-gateway transactions is preferred

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and reconciliation reports

• Knowledge of Zoho Inventory and Tally Prime will be an additional advantage

• Ability to independently manage books of accounts, tax compliance and statutory deadlines

• Strong numerical accuracy, documentation and problem-solving ability

• Experience with a CA firm, e-commerce company, D2C brand or multi-brand organization is preferred

• Candidates should be prepared to complete a practical Zoho Books, GST and e-commerce reconciliation test

• Immediate joiners and candidates living near the workplace will be preferred

Job Type: Full time, Work from Office

Suggested Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month
