​Role Overview​We are looking for a detailed-oriented Site Operations & Customer Success Specialist to bridge the gap between our interior products and client satisfaction. In this role, you will conduct on-site visits to audit job progress, inspect installed interior products (e.g., modular furniture, wall panels, lighting, custom finishes), and act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sale phase.

- ​Key Responsibilities​On-Site Inspections & Quality Audits​Conduct pre-installation and post-installation site visits to assess site readiness and structural compatibility.
- ​Audit installed interior products against engineering drawings, design specs, and quality benchmarks.
- ​Log and document site defects, damages, or discrepancies with transparent visual documentation.
- ​Customer Handling & Client Relations​Serve as the face of the company on-site, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in real time.




- ​Walk clients through completed installations to obtain sign-off and ensure 100% satisfaction.
- ​De-escalate customer concerns regarding timelines, product performance, or finish quality.
- ​Cross-Functional Coordination​Collaborate with installation technicians, interior designers, and project managers to resolve punch-list items quickly.
- ​Report recurrent product defects or site-handling issues to the Product and Manufacturing teams.
- ​Qualifications & Requirements​Experience: 2–4 years in site supervision, client handling, or quality assurance within the interior design, modular furniture, or building materials industry.
- ​Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret floor plans, architectural CAD drawings, and elevation sheets.
- ​Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong conflict-resolution skills.
- ​Mobility: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to local project sites.
