IWLD is looking for a Makeup & Wardrobe Artist to handle on-camera grooming for all video and podcast content — including RK (Richa Kharb, Director and main face of IWLD), on-screen spokespersons/team members featured in reels, and podcast guests. This is a shoot-driven, hands-on role. You will be the one making sure everyone in front of the camera looks camera-ready and consistent, shoot after shoot — while working around a schedule that can shift early depending on production needs. You will work closely with the Production Coordinator and Publishing Manager, and coordinate directly with talent and guests before and during shoots.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Apply makeup and manage wardrobe/styling for RK, on-camera spokespersons, and podcast guests before shoots.
● Ensure look continuity across multi-day or multi-part shoots (matching makeup/hair/wardrobe across sessions).
● Touch-up makeup during long shoot days as needed between takes.
● Coordinate with the Production Coordinator on shoot schedules to plan arrival and preparation time.
● Maintain and restock a makeup/grooming kit suited for on-camera work (HD-safe, sweat/humidity-resistant products given Goa's climate).
● Advise on wardrobe choices in line with brand and on-screen guidelines, in coordination with the content team.
● Maintain hygiene protocols for tools and products (brushes, sponges,
etc.), especially when working across multiple people.
● Be available for occasional last-minute or rescheduled shoots.
WORKING HOURS & WEEKLY OFF
Primary hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Shoot-dependent flexibility is required — call times may shift earlier depending on the production schedule, including as early as 4:00–4:30 AM for early-morning shoots. Hours may vary from day to day based on the shoot calendar shared in advance by the Production team. The weekly off is generally Friday but subject to rotation based on shoot requirements. An alternate day off will be provided when Friday coverage is needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
● Proven experience as a makeup artist for on-camera/video content (reels, podcasts, or similar formats preferred).
● Strong understanding of makeup for HD video/camera lighting.
● Punctual and comfortable with early-morning and variable shift timings.
● Valuable communication skills to coordinate with talent, guests, and the production team.
Good to Have
● Basic wardrobe styling sense; ability to coordinate outfit choices for on-screen consistency.
● Own professional makeup kit (the company may supplement it based on role terms).
● Prior experience with fitness/wellness or lifestyle content creators.
