- Promote SBI Payments products such as POS machines, Soundbox and digital payment solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references and local market activities.
- Acquire new merchants and complete the onboarding process.
- Explain product features, benefits, charges and usage to merchants.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing merchants.
- Support installation/activation of POS or payment devices.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.
