- Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
- Help customers select products according to size, colour, style, fabric and budget.
- Explain product features, quality, prices and offers.
- Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable products.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
- Check and replenish stock when required.Resolve customer queries, exchanges and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised sales counter.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
