We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail clothing store. The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them during checkout
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per store policies
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance at the beginning and end of shifts
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and upsell products
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Coordinate with sales staff for stock or billing-related queries
- Report discrepancies or issues to the store manager

Required Skills:

- Prior experience in retail or cashier role preferred
- Experience using Retailware software preferred
- Prior knowledge of billing software/POS systems
- Solid numerical and cash-handling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, dependable, and customer-focus
