Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Kolkata / Howrah

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

? Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, smart, and practical-minded Logistics Supervisor / Manager who can independently handle day-to-day logistics and office-related work.

- ? Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor day-to-day vehicle/logistics operations
- Maintain proper records and data of all vehicles
- Keep track of vehicle expenses, fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, etc.
- Maintain daily records and update the DATA in Diary or Excel/Google Sheets or other software
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles are operating properly
- Monitor vehicle-related documents and their validity
- Prepare daily/weekly expense and vehicle reports
- Handle basic administrative and documentation work
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, mechanics, and other staff whenever required
- Complete other tasks assigned by management
- Take responsibility for assigned work and ensure it is completed on time

- Be able to communicate properly with drivers and staff
- Be punctual and disciplined
- Be willing to take up different tasks as required by management
- Be capable of working independently when required

- Warehouse / Operations
