- Customer Service: Address guest feedback and resolve complaints quickly.
- Cash & Inventory: Track register balancing, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a QSR Company as a Shift Managr.
- Education: 12, diploma or hospitality diploma/degree.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, basic math, problem-solving, and POS system operation.
