About the RoleThirdEye Computer Classes is looking for a proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic Female Counselor cum Branch Manager. In this dual role, you will be the face of our institute—guiding prospective students toward the right computer courses while managing daily branch operations and driving overall center growth.

We are seeking a candidate with strong sales acumen, excellent English communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Sales

- Warmly receive walk-in candidates, telephonic leads, and digital inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate computer courses/certification programs.
- Pitch course benefits, fees, and career outcomes effectively to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up regularly with potential leads to meet monthly branch targets.

2. Branch Operations & Management

- Oversee day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the center.
- Manage class schedules, faculty co-ordination, and student attendance records.
- Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, payments, and branch inventory.




- Address student feedback or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.

3. Team & Growth Management

- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and productive workplace at the center.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns.
- Adapt flexibly to operational needs during peak enrollment seasons.
- Requirements & QualificationsGender: Female candidate required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, branch management, or front-desk sales is a plus. Freshers with exceptional communication and sales drive are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills; fluency in local languages is a plus.
