Ameera Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Tele Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team.
We are looking for candidates with good experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Handling. Candidates should be confident in communicating with customers and handling travel-related enquiries. Freshers with good communication skills and a solid interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up on travel leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Share travel itineraries, quotations, and package details with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings and payments.
- Achieve sales and lead conversion targets.
- Candidate Requirements:Female candidates preferred.
- Experience in Telecalling or Telesales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Email, and MS Office.
- Experience or knowledge of the Travel & Tourism Industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
