Key Responsibilities Consulting & Partner Development  Execute consulting assignments for Tally Certified Partners.  Conduct partner visits, business reviews, CMP implementation, workshops, and training sessions.  Identify business improvement opportunities and provide operational guidance.  Support partners in improving customer engagement and business performance. Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong relationships with partner owners and key stakeholders.  Coordinate with the Tally Regional Team for consulting initiatives and partner support.  Ensure timely execution of assigned projects and follow-ups. Reporting & Coordination  Prepare MOMs, reports, dashboards, and project documentation.  Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.  Ensure timely submission of consulting reports and project updates. Candidate Profile  Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).  MBA will be an added advantage.  2–6 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Recruitment, Relationship Management, Channel Sales, or Customer Success.



 Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.  Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Knowledge of TallyPrime or ERP solutions will be an added advantage (not mandatory). Travel Requirement This role requires extensive travel across North & South Bengal. Candidates should be comfortable travelling for 7–15 days every month, depending on project and business requirements.
