Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Welder cum Drill Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, drilling, fabrication, and related manufacturing activities involved in the production and assembly of water pumps and their components. The role requires good knowledge of welding equipment, drilling machines, measuring instruments, and basic fabrication techniques.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of welding and basic fabrication.
- Experience operating drilling machines.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of workshop safety practices.
- Ability to handle production targets and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, Machinist or relevant technical trade preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in welding, drilling, fabrication, pump manufacturing, or similar engineering industry.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also be considered.
