*Job Description:*

 Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice.

 Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans informing parents of their children’s progress and other activities.

 Help to create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

 Assist with daily classroom management, including guiding children in following routines, managing transitions, and addressing behavioral issues.

 Provide a warm and caring presence for children and build positive relationships with them and their families.

 Attend staff meetings and professional development training as required.

 Passion for working with young children and helping them learn and grow.

 Engaging in active play with children.

 Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive workplace for the staff, students and parents.

Requirements and skills.

 Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods.
