Roles and Responsibilities

- Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management
- Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
- Closing and Followup.

KPIs

- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer
- CX rating

Requirements

- Qualification – 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
- Experience: Min. 1 Yrs in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
- Knows driving 2 wheeler
- Must have Driving License
- Good communication skills
