### Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Inventory, Dispatch & Packing Executive** to manage day-to-day inventory handling, order packing, dispatch operations, and stock records for our e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate should be organized, physically active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily **inventory receiving, counting, checking, and stock arrangement**.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.

* Pick products as per customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.

* Perform **packing, labeling, and order verification** before shipment.

* Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched within the required timelines.

* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups and dispatches.

* Check products for quantity, quality, and packaging accuracy before dispatch.

* Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, returned, and damaged orders.





* Assist in managing **returns, replacements, and inward stock**.

* Regularly conduct physical stock checks and report any discrepancies.

* Keep the inventory and packing area clean, organized, and properly maintained.

* Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse/e-commerce operations.

### Required Skills

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

* Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing will be an advantage.

* Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

### Qualification

* Minimum **12th Pass**; graduate candidates will also be considered.

* Prior experience in **e-commerce, warehouse, inventory, packing, or dispatch operations** will be preferred.
