- Experience: 1+ years in skill development/project management, preferably Government/NSDC/State skill projects.
- Overall responsibility for project planning, implementation and target achievement.
- Manage Training Centres, mobilization, training, assessment, placement and retention.
- Monitor project MIS, portal updates, documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with Government departments, employers and other stakeholders.
- Lead the project team and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure quality, timelines, SOP compliance and successful project outcomes.
- Solid communication, team management, MIS and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations.
