About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the real estate market.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, networking, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle leads and follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the property and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.




- Stay updated on current property projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
