About the Role

We are looking for a strong and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to build, manage and grow the sales and marketing activities of our multiple businesses.

The candidate will work directly with the management and will be responsible for creating a professional sales system, building a sales team, generating new business, managing digital marketing and improving customer follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the complete sales & marketing department.

- Recruit, train and supervise sales executives and telecalling/CRM staff.

- Set monthly, weekly and individual salesperson targets.

- Develop dealer, distributor, contractor, builder and B2B customer networks.

- Generate new customers and business opportunities.

- Manage existing customers and increase repeat business.

- Implement a proper CRM and lead-management system.

- Monitor all enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

- Improve enquiry-to-order conversion.

- Plan local and regional marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp marketing.

- Work with content creators for reels, product videos, offers and advertisements.

- Plan Google/Meta advertising and monitor lead quality.

- Visit important customers and markets when required.

- Identify new markets, products and business opportunities.

- Prepare competitor and market analysis.





- Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

Candidate We Are Looking For

The candidate should:

- Have 5+ years experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.

- Preferably have experience in steel, roofing, building materials, hardware, construction materials, manufacturing or B2B distribution.

- Have experience managing a sales team.

- Understand targets, margins, quotations and customer negotiations.

- Be comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

- Have basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.

- Be willing to work from Maddur and travel for business development.

- Speak Kannada and English; Hindi is an advantage.

- Have strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month depending on experience.

- Collections

- Lead conversion

- Team performance

Exceptional candidates with a proven track record can be offered a higher package.
