Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities & Required Skills

Level 1 – CNC TC/VTL Operator | 1–2 Years Experience

Knowledge of component clamping methods

Knowledge of insert changing

Ability to operate the machine individually

Knowledge of machine panel board keys

Basic knowledge of general instrument checking

Knowledge of individual wear correction – Mandatory

Basic knowledge of coolant level & lube oil

Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code

Basic knowledge of instrument handling

Level 2 – CNC TC/VTL Operator | 3–5 Years Experience

Knowledge of individual tool selection

Good knowledge of tooling and inserts

Ability to study/read engineering drawings

Knowledge of programming and machine setting for running components

Knowledge of geometry offset and work offset

Positive knowledge of G-Code and M-Code

Good knowledge of instrument handling

Key Requirement

Candidates should have hands-on experience in CNC TC/VTL machine operation and be capable of handling the machine independently according to their experience level.
