Job Summary

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. The Barista ensures beverage quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, tea, shakes, and mocktails
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of the café counter and beverage area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Check and manage daily stock of bar items
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of beverages
- Support team members during busy hours
- Inform management about stock shortages or machine issues

- Coffee and beverage-making knowledge

Qualification

- 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience in café or restaurant preferred
- Freshers can also apply
